Friday Favorites

IMG_20120413_114510
Friday came so quick this week! I'm looking forward to spending some time in the garden this weekend. We have radishes popping up along with plenty of weeds. I also want to finish planting around the coop fence. And since we moved my viburnum it's been growing really well…maybe I'll plant another one. I can't help but take a few cuttings whenever I can. Pretty soon it will be a stub if I don't stop. 😉

Here's my Friday Favorites from around the interwebs this week, enjoy!

I love the simplicity of these beautiful gift toppers.
This magical evening….memories of a lifetime.
This family traveled the globe for a year. Amazing.
I'm really into stripes right now. These would be perfect for summer.
My friends passion to build a well for those without water.

I saw the groovy striped espadrilles in my J. Crew catalog that landed in our mailbox this week! I’m smitten! And no, I can’t get enough stripes, either.

Happy Friday! I love that Jenny is highlighting what a minimum sponsorship can accomplish in building a well! Temecula Quilt Company is doing something this year called “Sew Blessed” with taking donations toward sewing machines which helps a woman in difficult countries out of poverty. A doorway to a better life! We all can do so much!

My neighbor has lots of viburnum…thanks for telling me the name…I’d love to sneak down there with some clippers. Think she’ll notice? Off to visit your Friday Favorites.

Just a quick note to say how much I love your blog. Every post, every photo.. they all make me so happy. Thanks for doing what you do!!

I don’t think she’ll notice a bit. And you can “justify” it by saying your helping the plant produce more blooms by pruning. 😉
    Have a great weekend! ~H

    Hi Heather,
I have those same viburnums growing in full bloom right now. I keep cutting them as well! Also, just did a blog posting on how much I love stripes! Ha…birds of a feather!
Hope to see you at a flea market really soon!
