I absolutely LOVE the incredible aquatic displays at Anthropologie right now!
I think my scuba diving husband would also appreciate them. Maybe I'll drag him down there to and find out. Another excuse to go, right?
This charming vine covered brick building was smack dab in the heart of downtown LA. They weren't open and there were no signs…I can't wait to go back and find out more. Those tables and chairs are there for a reason. Any of you recognize it? It's near 3rd st.
My awkward attempt at taking my own photo. I'm much more comfortable behind the lens. I really don't enjoy being reminded of the loosing battle I'm having with my wrinkles.
Gorgeous lilacs at Clementine Floralworks. They're so divine with their heavenly scent. How I wish I could grow them.
I love the vivid color and graphic pattern of the tile at Intelligentsia. It makes me want to take a trip to Marrakesh. Or rip out our bathroom floor.
Whichever is less expensive. 😉
Have a great weekend everyone! xo, H

I love going into Anthro just to see their displays they are amazing.Love your photos always~Cheers Kim
Heather,
What a great building…wish it was a sidewalk cafe. I believe that looks like potato vine growing on the brick. I’m currently looking for a 1 gallon for a pot…maybe too soon in the season.
Oh, and by the way, what wrinkles?
Have a wonderful weekend and Cinco de Mayo…margarita, anyone?

Love the pictures and you look beautiful! I don’t see any wrinkles!
Love the photos, and those sandals cute!
You are beautiful and wrinkles are really laugh lines – it looks like you are just a happy girl! Can I look forward to seeing you at Farm Chicks???
Have a fabulous weekend~
xo~Jill
I have one that I just bought from J Crew. Is it the same one Heather?
I think it’s my area…just too hot and doesn’t get real cold in the winter. They don’t bloom very well. I’ll have to keep trying by moving them around in the garden until they find their “happy place”
Yes, please. Make mine a mango one! 😉
You bet I’ll be at Farm Chicks! Can’t wait!
I LOVE Anthropologie for their great, creative, interesting displays. I can’t afford to shop there for real, but I can certainly enjoy the scenery!
That brick building with the pretty patio is Wustkuche. They have the most incredible sausages and craft beers! You must try it! They usually have quite a line, but it is worth the wait. 🙂

Hi Heather, I have been out of town and am trying to catch up on blog post reading. I saw your comment, herein, about wishing you could grow lilacs…YOU CAN! There are several colors available that have been adapted to So Cal. I lived in Tustin and I grew gorgeous ones. One flush per year but it was fantastic. I planted them on a forgotten side of my house with hot afternoon sun and watered them occasionally and…voila! Gorgeous lilacs in 3 colors! YOU CAN GROW THEM, TOO. My mom used to grow an incredible hedge of them in…believe it or not…Yucca Valley!
Just thought you should know!
xoxo, Chris
I love that stunning blue and white tile floor! I thought I had enough gadgets, but now I’m wondering if I need an I-phone….
The first picture that appears on the blog appears to be very attractive. They can be of great use to a gown that is recycled in theme.
Great pictures. Love how the flowers go together with the building.
Instagram makes pictures beautiful. Always people becomes pretty. LOL
