    I love BRACELETS! I enjoy looking at a bracelet I might have put on that morning! So many of my bracelets have a specific significance. Some have charms on them reminding me of treasured moments, others have been gifts from dear friends, all of them are clinky and pretty!

    I have an obsessions with necklaces and rings; however, I do buy a lot of earrings as well. Not TOO big on bracelets, but that’s only because I have REALLY small wrists and its hard to find a bracelet that doesn’t slide ride off…think of trying to wrap a rubberband around a toothpick…same thing LOL

    A sweet, sunny hello to you Heather – Cathy’s work is certainly lovely and you have displayed it so wonderfully. I love to buy jewelry whenever I travel, so that I remember my trip each time I wear the peice. Often the peices are made from local precious stones. When in Italy my goal is to purchase gold of course, but not necessarily gemstones. Earrings are the easiest for me to wear, since I don’t like to close up my neckline with turtlenecks or choker type necklaces. Earrings can be funky or elegant, and definitely brighten up my face. And rings, well, what can I say about rings. Love, love love all different kinds of rings, sometimes the bigger the better! And the really best thing about any jewelry that I purchase is that it ALWAYS FITS! Ciao Bella!

    The type of jewelry doesn’t matter as much to me as the heart of it does. I like jewelry that says something about who I am. The “He Loves Me” necklace shown above is a perfect example of the type of jewelry I’d buy. It has that tenderness…that ability to show my heart in a very small way. I’ve been with my husband for 9 years this summer and I can’t help but feel like a girl around him still. I get that swooning, twitterpated feeling 🙂 That, “he loves me” glow. A little, trinket expressing what my heart already says is just icing on a very lovely cake!

    I don’t usually buy jewelry for myself but if I did or if I was going to purchase a gift for a friend, it would be a ring. When you’re going about a busy day it’s easy to just go through the motions. A pretty ring on your finger can easily catch your attention as you type at the computer, hail a cab or dig in the garden. It’s a sweet little trinket to lift your spirits, put a smile on your face and remind you of the things you love!

    Thank you for the giveaway. Her creations are lovely, and your choices are perfect. My eyes watered at the loveliness of her pendant…’With God all things….’ It hit home, and was beautiful.
    I normally find that I buy earrings…but more often I buy *hair jewelery!* Does that count? Adorable headbands with feathers on them seem to be the rage now, or those with big silky organza flowers. I also like bedazzled ponytail holders and claw clips. Yum!

    I like it all! I was visiting my grand niece the other day and she had on a darling necklace that gave me an idea. Her necklace was a sweet chain with a bow. I suddenly remembered I had a lovely bow pin that my father gave to me. I often forget to take it off of one thing and put it on another. I just don’t wear it as much as I would like. I’m thinking I will put it on a chain and that way I will remember to wear it much more often and also have the pleasure of thinking of my dad when I do!
