Signs of Autumn
Hello friends! My absolute favorite season is fast approaching. Are you excited too? I bet many of you with school age children are practically giddy this week. I thought I'd share a few autumn images from Paris I found while cleaning up my hard drives. Let's usher in fall, shall we?
Happy Autumn!

Wow Heather, your photos are spectacular!! That first one is simply gorgeous!
So happy to see you posted.
Have a beautiful week.
Sincerely,
Melinda
Thanks Melinda! Trying to get back in the swing of things. Summer was so hectic which is one reason Im thrilled its autumn!
So beautiful … especially since we are still having hot and steamy days here in Chicago. Tired of the AC and just want to open up the windows! Great shots… and loved the one of the chestnuts. We lived in Geneva for four years and I still remember the street vendors selling bags of roasted chestnuts. Thanks for triggering that!
I love the first two photographs! Autumn is my favorite time of year too!
Oh dear Lord…yes! What a hot and not normal summer, and your photos make me wish for the fall!

PS this summer will be remembered as the summer of “the huge water bill”
Thank you for indulging me….I love fall. But, I live in southern california where it was over 100 degrees today. Fall is probably a few months away still! I enjoyed the photos….
Gorgeous photos – I absolutely love the first one – is it a cemetary?
Heather I agree, I just love the Colors, the Textures, the warm feelings this time of year brings. Gorgeous Street that is. Hope you’ll swing by Gracefully Vintage for our Giveaway of our Newest Messenger/Tote bag to celebrate our New Web Design. Happy Fall! Karryann
I too love seeing the street vendors although, I’m not a fan of eating chestnuts. 😉
Same here, our bills this summer have been ridiculous. Here’s to cooler temps!

Yes, it’s the Pere-Lachaise. I got so many beautiful photos visiting there but didn’t want to creep too many people out so I never shared them. 😉
Hi Heather,
This is my favorite season as well. I can’t think of a better place to be for autumn than Paris…I think your photographs, which are beautiful, will have to suffice this year!
Happy Autumn [in a little over 2 weeks].
Karen
Loved the photo of the Horse Chestnuts.
Stunning photos…the perfect place to be in Autumn! Thanks for sharing your memories…cheers!
Autumn is my fave season, too! I find myself having to find warmer clothes at the moment as the weather turned brisk today! Great for football season but I’m instead looking at mums, pumpkins and yummy comforting candles for the home.

I am so thankful that Autumn is approaching! It’s my favorite season and it always feels as though it is truly my “new year” when it arrives. Thank you so much for posting these sweet photos.
Fall is my favorite season too! I just posted a couple of pictures on my blog of a couple of trees in my neighborhood in their fall colors, but they are nowhere near as beautiful as your pictures! I really enjoyed them.
Heather,
I have strolled along your cobblestones and shuffled through the musty crunching autumn leaves. Every sense has been teased and sated, and I thank you for taking me on a autumn journey. As a maker of things and writer of words, I have loved visiting your world. Please stop by and visit me at composegrace.blogspot.com and http://www.etsy.com/shop/composegrace

Heather, fall is my favorite time of year as well. The colors, the cooler temps, the harvesting of pumpkins, fall decor…love it all! Your photos are beautiful! Makes me want to go and buy some mums.
Heading to Alamdeda this weekend. Hope it’s cooler there! Any chance you will be there, too?
Happy Fall,
Becky
