Let’s Talk Bags!
Hello, Hello! How has everyone been? It's Wednesday already! We're almost ready for another weekend! Today, I thought it would be fun to share some of my favorite bags with you. These are staples I use weekly, if not daily. First up are the lightweight reuseable totes from Baggu. I absolutely LOVE their bags and have given many away as gifts. Some of my favorite color combos are Vermillion Stripe and Sailor Stripe. I have this one with me at all times for trips to the market, bookstore or Target. And they come in very handy for travel and flea marketing!
The produce bags from Slide Sideways have really fun graphics printed with non-toxic water based inks. Their cotton drawstring bags are hand stitched with French seams and are very durable. They're a great alternative to keeping your produce in plastic. Plus, the are machine washable, dryer safe and won't fade!
The Stripe Cotton Cosmetic Case from Milloo has orange leather details that make it easy to find in the bottom of your bag. It's just the right size for your everyday touchups and weekend vacations. I think the orange is what makes this bag so adorable! Such a great pop of color!
And finally, we come to the one I've had my eye on for a while. It's the Leather Tote in Chestnut from And George. I adore leather bags. Seriously, major crush on them. I've been carrying a black one for a while now and think it's about time to switch it up. Spring is just around the corner and chestnut seems like a nice transition. But, I haven't seen this one in person, you know, to touch it and feel the weight and I'm not sure? Thoughts anyone?

It’s got weight to it but slouch also (love that), waterproof lining and the price was right! Great everyday bag!
LOVE the Frye satchel! The color and distressing of the leather is so beautiful. And long straps are a plus!
And it comes in a camel color! Do you like the straps? And is the bag so deep you can’t ever find anything? This might be added to my Etsy cart! Really like!
I love the Fossil satchel in tan perfectly distressed with a old key on the zipper to pull it shut! love.
Thanks for the introduction to Baggu. Love it, will be ordering for sure. That tote….oh my goodness I must have it in chestnut!!! I have been looking for the perfect summer bag. I will be obsessing over it.
I bought a purse three years ago from Brighton. It’s decorated with colorful flowers. I use it every day and it still looks new. I love it! It makes me happy because it’s so colorful. And the best part – I’ve never seen anyone else with this bag, so I kind of feel like it’s “my” bag!

Cute bags – all of them! I love leather too – and my husband likes it if I have leather stuff. He thinks i should be the real deal not some manmade stuff!
I was just thinking this morning that I needed a pretty shopping bag as I was loading a ton of plastic bags into my car to recycle. I also use the “lovely” shopping bags that stores provide but are they cute, NO! I’m loving the Grey stripe and Red stripe ones as well!
That bag is GORGEOUS!
You will LOVE your Baggu bags. I never thought I would use it so much but it comes in handy almost everyday!

Love the Baggus! When you give them as gifts, do you just give them the bags? Do you fill them with anything? You’re such a good gift giver, I’d love to know how you present them. Thanks!
Heather, I’ve been using my tote for awhile now and I love it! The only thing I’d caution you on is that the straps need to be “worn in” and can be rough on bare shoulders (like if you’re wearing say a strapless dress). I find the size to be perfect for me, but I’m a mom that tends to throw all kinds of stuff in there!
